Disorganised Mess

Pros:

Good equipment within lab when it is working (rare) and some lecturers are interesting.

Cons:

Most modules horrendously organised, coursework which relied on certain provided systems or programs sometimes impossible to complete as the software or hardware would not function correctly. Honours project supervisor did not know the submission date for the project itself. The assessment brief for a fourth-year coursework submission was changed three days after the submission date, meaning those who submitted on time are punished for not taking an extension. Multiple instances of confusion regarding due dates for honours project and other fourth-year modules. On one occasion there was not anywhere on the online submission portal to complete a piece of coursework. Lecturers calling students stupid and "not fit to be in fourth year" which was told to be "kept quiet for now" by faculty when brought up by class representative. The list goes on and on and on. The course quality gradually degraded to the point where one module was literally just following the HTML course on w3schools.com. One third-year assessment which counted towards degree was a group project(!?). Abhorrent, lazy, disorganised and majorly unhelpful. I am so unbelievably happy to see the back of the place.
