Good course content, however dreadful administration support and practice within the university structure

Pros:

A good well rounded courses covering both the technical and business end of cyber security

Cons:

Kingston University’s admininistration was dreadful with alleviating issues with regards to my sponsor funding my course. Event though the problems were highlighted the issue is still ongoing and still awaiting my final grade due to incompetence within the administration structure. Legal action is now being sought and due to this the Dean is now informed and working to resolve an issue tht should be very quick to investigate and remedy.

Suggestions:

One one lecturer for the whole three years course attended the graduation ceremony which I found appalling support and development.
